Hey there folks...I'm back....
We're using the computer of our host in Amalfi...a very welcoming chappie he is.
So...I've a bunch to say, so I'll give you a brief run down here of what has occured and then I'll provide some individual detail as it randomly occurs to me.
Monday - Vatican City. St Peter's and the Sistine Chapel.
Tuesday - Colosseum, Baths of Caracalla, Appian Way and Catacombs
Wednesday - Forum and Ostia Antiqua.
Thursday - Travel to Amalfi.
Friday (today) - Market day in Maiori and the afternoon sunning ourselves on the beach...
Bottom line: My feet have been broken into submission....
A Fact: Giuseppe Garibaldi was born on July 4 1807 and died June 2. 1882. (Garabaldi contributed to the formation of Italy as we know it today..well that's the short version)
